SalaryOur client, a top city law firm is currently recruiting for a Knowledge Lawyer to support their Restructuring and Special Situations Group.
This opportunity would be to cover for an initial six months, covering for a maternity leave.
Whilst they are looking for a Knowledge Lawyer they are happy to consider candidates who have previously worked within a Restructuring/Insolvency fee earning position that may be interested in considering a PSL type post.
Role details:
- Leading the engagement of the Restructuring and Special Situations practice with the firm's strategic commitment of being passionate about quality;
- Developing and leading the expertise framework for the team
- Enhancing the existing precedent database and integrating it with the firm's precedent platform;
- Review and expanding the current client focused expertise based marketing materials and ensuring regular and relevant publication of materials to clients;
- Drafting new and existing standard documents
- Producing guidance notes/checklists for use by lawyers to support use of standard documents.
- Input into industry associations and precedents projects
- Co-ordinating continuing legal education programmes and presenting continuing legal education seminars
- Providing drafting assistance to lawyers as required
- Engaging with other expertise lawyers within the firm to ensure consistency and quality
