Location: San Francisco, CA
Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 + Bonus + Relocation
My client is a world leading contract company that has accounts across the US.
They are seeking an Executive Chef for Tradition Korean cuisine to work in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Create and execute exciting menus
- Establish and manage a team of talented chefs
- Train and develop staff to meet high standards
- Manage labor and food costs
- Maintain and enforce brand standards
- Manage food and labour costs and kitchen budgets while ensuring the highest quality ingredients and efficient practices
The right Executive Chef:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- MUST have traditional Korean cuisine experience
- Korean speaking preferred
- Well-rounded and motivated culinary leader who can hold their own in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and cost control experience
- Exceptional leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and develop culinary talent
