Are you a dedicated and passionate Key Stage 1 teacher with a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment? We are actively seeking a qualified and experienced KS1 teacher to join our dynamic team at a primary school in Northampton. This is a full-time position with an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons for Key Stage 1 students.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of the KS1 curriculum, ensuring effective coverage and progression.
Implement strong behavior management strategies to create a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Utilize effective teaching methods to support students with a variety of learning needs, including Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and cohesive learning environment.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a proven track record of successful teaching in Key Stage 1.
Thorough knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
Demonstrated expertise in behavior management techniques.
Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
