About the Role
The Seasonal Associate will play a key role in the Seasonal team, supporting the team of 3 that manage the seasonal planning process. This covers everything from managing product set up on site, to liaising with the M&S team on new products and product information.
You would be involved in various projects during the run up to key seasonal events, supporting the team on; management of seasonal images, sample ordering, checking product accuracy on site, keeping the critical paths updated, helping with the setup of internal seasonal showcases, supporting with the monitoring of events in season and associated actions, and all other admin tasks as needed.
The individual will need to be organised, detail focussed & comfortable working in a fast paced & developing part of the business. You will be joining a friendly team who all pitch in, supporting one another day to day, to really make seasonal events at Ocado the best they can be.
The role reports into the Senior Seasonal Manager.
Key Responsibilites

• Keeping project trackers updated
• Liaising with the category assistants, buyers, and supply chain on the status of seasonal images, sku set up, ranging progress, and ordering
• Attending M&S seasonal marketing meetings and product showcases to help capture key details
• Supporting with the actions from the residual stock meetings, taking notes & helping to ensure all actions are completed
• Managing the sample ordering process for all seasonal M&S products where imagery is needed, alongside sample ordering for seasonal SIS lifestyle shoots and additional seasonal shoot requirements from wider teams
• Reviewing all on site activation & liaising with buying team to ensure great execution
• Supporting departments with ranging requirements as is needed to ensure seasonal products are ranged on site on time
• Contacting suppliers to confirm all information before sku set up begins for all seasonal M&S products
• Develop a thorough understanding of the seasonal ranging and sign off process, supporting the rest of the team with these as needed
• Provide reports as is needed to the Senior Seasonal Manager on ranging progress

Skills & Experience

• Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced retail or buying environment
• Strong administrative skills including word and competent use of excel (including v-lookups and pivot tables)
• Highly organised, flexible, and proactive
• Experience using RMS
• Focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Team player- Demonstrates collaborative working and proactively supports colleagues
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and tasks
• A good communicator, happy to liaise with multiple departments and stakeholders at all levels
