You'll oversee the manufacture of HPLC/uHPLC columns in a laboratory setting, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 standards. What We're Looking For
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in team management.
- Previous experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Passion for driving change and continual improvements within manufacturing and QSHE environments.
- Operational excellence experience, including lean principles/initiatives or six sigma qualification.
- Proficiency in using computer programs such as Excel, Outlook, and SAP.
- Knowledge of COSHH, PUWER, and chemical safety protocols.
- Understanding of HPLC/uHPLC column production and ISO certifications is advantageous.

This role is a hybrid of laboratory and office based, suitable PPE equipment and training will be provided for Laboratory presence.
