VANRATH are assisting our client, a large Public Sector Organisation, in their search for an experienced Labourer who can join their Newtownabbey team within social housing sector. 3 months initially with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to site manager on a daily basis, assisting tradesmen, demolition works, clearing out void properties and all other associated tasks.
• To undertake the full range of general labouring duties and response maintenance and building work on the full range of Housing Executive properties
• Always present a positive, can-do attitude

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Must have sound knowledge of construction industry
• Must be able to work independently
• Good working knowledge of Health and Safety in the Workplace
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate record keeping a must
• C.S.R. Card
• Experience in a similar role is desirable
• Access NI Required

Remuneration
c£21,725 per annum, plus discount benefits.
