Role Overview
You will be responsible for oversight of client delivery and direct work for one of Savills' major infrastructure clients.
Managing a Savills delivery team, with regular client communication, will be essential to the success of Savills services under the Framework agreement we hold.
Key Responsibilities
• Line Management of a team including the monitoring of delivery, quality and services to clients.• Undertaking complex Land Consents tasks to support the team, client and projects.• Taking sole responsibility of your own project portfolio and maintaining delivery.• Recruitment, training and support of team members to support a positive, progressive working environment
Key Skills
• Efficient and effective communicator.• Strong attention to detail.• Ideally AssocRICS or MRICS, although not essential.• Enthusiasm and ability manage a Land Consents team in delivery and service to client frameworks.
Team Overview
The Infrastructure Projects team is a single department covering the whole of the UK. It consists of over 60 staff located throughout the country at entry level to those with over 30 years' experience.
We specialise in Infrastructure and Utilities clients and projects and are passionate about the high levels of service and collaborative working with our clients.
