With a growing pipeline of projects upcoming, this company are looking to expand their land team to support in the acquisition of new development sites for solar and battery storage projects. This role as a land acquisition manager will be joining their existing land team and will liaise directly with the wider development team.
This role would focus on their Scottish-based projects, giving you a high level of autonomy within your position, while at the same time working within a highly interactive team environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing new development sites for renewable energy developments and conducting site visits to confirm site feasibility.
Engaging with landowners and representing the company on land matters throughout the project lifecycle.
Negotiating on heads of terms agreements, as well as working on easements, wayleaves, and option lease agreements.
Working collaboratively with other members of the development team to advise on land issues and contracts for renewable energy developments.
