Salary New Opportunity in Renewable Energy!
Land Manager: £65,000 - £75,000 DOE.
Piper Maddox are working with a growing European developer of renewable energy to build out their in-house functions in the UK. Having been in the industry for over 20 years, this company is one of the most well-established fixtures in the European renewables space.
This company is looking to add a Land Manager to their UK development team to assist in sourcing land and managing the relevant stakeholders throughout the renewables project lifecycle. With the company developing over 5GW of projects in their time, they have a strong record of delivering solar, BESS, and wind assets.
Your role would include:
> Negotiating Heads of Terms, Lease Option Agreements, Easements, and Wayleaves.
> Engaging with landowners and sourcing suitable land for renewable energy development.
> Advising and consulting with the wider development team on issues related to land.
This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong renewables experience to join a highly collaborative, transparent, and friendly team further contributing to the net-zero transition.
