In exclusive partnership with our client, Cognisant are looking to appoint a Land Manager/Senior Land Manager to join this busy team. The region is growing significantly as it continues to deliver design led, high quality housing across the North West region.

The region has a strong reputation and are financially fluid enabling you to secure the sites needed to achieve the regional growth targets. We are interested in hearing from candidates who are currently Land Buyers or Land Managers looking for the respective step up in their career. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate acquiring sites across Greater Manchester and Lancashire with a network of contacts who can help facilitate this.
