Excellent role on offer for a rapidly growing claims management company, recruiting for an experience Claims Handler covering Large Loss projects for clients across the South East, offering progression into management.

This company provide claims management services within the insurance market covering a broaden portfolio of projects. They operate across the UK on both personal and business claims. Having more that doubled headcount in the past three years, they are targeting continued growth to consolidate their position as one of the fastest growing insurance solutions managers in the market. With a growing client list they are recruiting across all their territories and looking to expand their teams.
This role will involved managing a portfolio of Large Loss Claims typically caused by fire, flooding or escape of water. You will be traveling to relevant policy holders on average 2 to 3 times per week where your responsibilities will be: assessing contents damage, record all loses, value and negotiations for settlements, arranging and managing alternative accommodation for policy holders where applicable, control and manage claims spend and make authorised payments.
This role would therefore ideally suit an individual who has strong experience working within an insurance Claims Handler role, good understanding within insurance and indemnity policies and a proven track record of negotiating claims with policyholders. You also require a full clean UK driving license. The successful candidate will also be seeking the opportunity to secure a long term role where they can progress and develop their skills.
