Lawn Operative

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, an established Landscaping Company in their search for a Lawn Operative to work the Aldershot region.

For the successful Lawn Operative our client is offering:

• Up to £24,760 per annum
• Monday to Friday 0800 - 1700 (additional overtime hours occasionally available at weekends)
• Permanent

The role - Lawn Operative:

• Visit a number of designated customers on a daily basis to apply fertiliser and herbicide
• Identify any lawn issues and offer any necessary advice on lawn and mowing practice and any additional treatments which may be required
• Maintaining contact with the customer prior to treatment
• Loading and unloading of machinery; manual work
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times when attending customer addresses
• Complete qualifications for the use of fertiliser and herbicide

What our client is looking for in a Lawn Operative:

• Previous experience working in a landscaping, gardening, farming or grounds maintenance roles - DESIREABLE
• Outdoor working experience - ESSENTIAL
• Full UK Driver License - ESSENTIAL
• PA1 & PA6 Qualifications - DESIREABLE
• Good Communication Skills - Face to Face Customer Service
