Learning & Development Advisor
Permanent Contract
Upto £35K Salary
Full Time 38.75 hours
Hybrid Working with 2 days weekly in Stirling Office & Quarterly travel to NE England sites
This is a busy and varied brand new role to assist a medium sized team with the identification, design, delivery and evaluation of L&D initiatives with a particular focus on Early Careers, Leadership and Performance Development.

What they’re looking for:
- Strong Stakeholder Relationship Skills, ability to effectively collaborate with the wider team
- Confidence conducting Skills Gap Analysis, Designing and Delivering Soft Skills and HR Training – (e.g. interview skills for hiring managers) - F2F, Virtual and E-Learning Modules on LMS
- Experience leading on training and improvements in Leadership Culture and Performance Management
- Experience in Construction or Engineering Sectors could be a bonus
