- Managing the administration for all Learning & Development events
- Recording all training attendance and feedback •
- Updating and maintaining records and data
- Facilitating and coordinating training
- Building relationships with 3rd party trainers and organisations
- Ensuring all new starters are registered for the relevant training
- Working closely with the Head of L&D to develop internal processes
- Performing ad-hoc project work
- Run weekly and ad-hoc reports when required showing accurate information.
The successful L&D Assistant will have...
- CIPD Qualified or studying towards
- Excellent administration experience
- A keen interest in Human Resources and/or Learning and Development
- Exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to converse and liaise with all levels.
- Proactive and can-do attitude, be able to work on own initiative and demonstrate tenacity and resilience.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills.
