Job Description
What will you be doing?
We’re seeking a talented individual to join our team in London, where you will provide administrative support to the Learning & Development Team
As an L&D Associate, your responsibilities will include among others
- ICAEW Registrations and renewals.
- Updating HR systems and the internal ICAEW register for budgeting purposes.
- Assist the L&D and T&C Managers with bespoke in-house programmes, coordinating meeting rooms, external venues and course materials where necessary.
- Update the L&D intranet site.
- Maintain a schedule of all students studying towards professional qualifications.
- Facilitate the annual firm-wide Fit & Proper declaration exercise.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have
- Customer focus – provide a high standard of service to internal clients.
- Planning and organising – must be able to organise their time to manage high volumes of work with a proactive attitude.
- Attention to detail – a zero tolerance attitude to errors.
- Innovative – demonstrates initiative to improve work processes.
- Good oral and written communication skills in order to deal effectively with period at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Use of IT – proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Educated to at least A level (or equivalent)
Desired
- Experience of working within an HR / L&D environment desirable, as is any previous experience working in a financial services regulated environment.
- Strong administrative skills
- Experience with e-learning and Learning Management systems.
- Experience with course and exam bookings.
- Experience with producing reports.
- Managing invoice payments.
