The Opportunity
This role will support the design, development and delivery of training of Production Systems to ensure efficient standardised approaches are implemented at Jaguar Land Rover's Manufacturing sites
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design, development and delivery of in-house training of lean systems and other training as applicable at the EPMC.
- Achieve deliverables to drive completion and identify roadblocks and escalate potential concerns and solutions.
- Responsible for maintaining Lean Systems training documentation including training material and training logs/versatility matrix and Success Factor's.
- Responsible for conducting quarterly TNA (Training Needs Analysis) and creation, delivering of a robust training plan to ensure minimum business requirements are met for Lean Systems & Tools at the EPMC.
- Work on the deployment & Plant support of Value Stream Mapping process and principle as directed.
WHAT YOU-LL NEED
Essential: - Proven experience in a similar role in production processes and Lean Systems.
- Experience of working in high volume manufacturing environments involving production processes
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques and working practices.
- Proficient in IT/Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in delivering training, coaching and/or education.
- Creative skills and vision.
Desirable: - Familiar with flexible manufacturing process and automated assembly lines.
- Knowledge of IATF, TS 16949, UTAC and ISO 9001.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety.
- Experience on statistical process controls and process failure modes and effects analysis.
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience preferred.
- PowerApps or similar platforms.
