Lead Administrator / Customer Tech Support
Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 D.O.E
Location: Brough
Grafton Recruitment are delighted to be working on behalf of a reputable business who are seeking a Lead Administrator to join their team, based in Brough, to provide effective administration and customer support to clients.
The Role:
- Maintaining the accuracy of the organisation's CRM with regards to customer contact details and invoicing preferences
- Responding to customer queries from clients and local authorities via the online ticketing system, calls and emails.
- Inputting data to maintain the company's product software when needed
- Opening post and answering/forwarding as needed
- Answering inbound calls and recording/forwarding as needed
- Filing and office administration as needed
- Calculating amounts to be invoiced and interrogating historic invoicing for errors and omissions, credit control
- Preparing agreement and invoices using Xero
- Amend proposals using design software (training provided)
- Testing software changes to ensure it works, and the customer requested have been met, and spell checking content etc.
- Health and safety management, and insurance applications
- HR related tasks such as calculating holiday entitlements, new starter preparations
The Person:
- Outstanding communication both written and verbal
- Effective time management
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Adaptable and flexible with ability to work unsupervised
- Strong attention to detail
- Great interpersonal skills
- Good telephone manner
- Excellent IT skills including proficiency with MS Office
