SalaryAn award-winning architecture and interiors practice based in the London suburbs has a position for a dynamic Lead Architect, leading to potential partnership position!
We are a dynamic small team of 6+ architects, with a strong order book and a fresh vibrant style. A position to compliment the senior partner and assist in running the practice. Project generation, client pitches, etc.
- Current experience as a senior architect in UK and preferably London will only be considered
- Experience of UK high end residential projects will only be considered
- Possessing effective project management and team leadership abilities
- Demonstrating extensive coordination experience with clients, contractors and consultants
- Exhibiting excellent communication skills, proactive approach, and self-motivation, with a willingness to mentor others
- Proven experience in high-profile project work
- Showcasing strong conceptual, graphic, and design skills illustrated through a comprehensive portfolio
- Utilising regulatory and technical design knowledge to innovate solutions
- UK eduction, RIBA/ARB membership, and drive to take a sector leading practice into the next decade and beyond.
- A minimum of 5 years of post-Part 3 experience
Salary expectation from £70k pa, 25 days holiday, health insurance, company car and profit share. It would be expected that the potential candidate would become an equity partner within 5 years through share bonus scheme.
