What you will contribute
We are looking for an ARB registered Lead Architect, with project-running experience, across multiple sectors, to join our London office on a full time, permanent basis.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills to manage our diverse and varied workload
- Positive team playing, with a flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and collaborating
- Proactiveness and self-motivation, with the ability to take initiative where required
To make an impact you will have
- Minimum 4 years post ARB registration working experience in the UK
- Excellent conceptual and design skills, with aesthetic flair
- A keen eye for attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong construction knowledge and contract administration experience
- Good coordination with clients and consultant teams
- Ability to manage project deliverables and timelines
- Leadership and mentoring skills
- Fluency in Revit and AutoCAD
- An understanding of Adobe software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365
- An understanding of BIM concepts, workflows and collaboration
- Good hand sketching
