Form of workDue to continued growth, I’m looking for a Lead Author to join a Major Engineering Group.
My client is looking for a Lead Author with significant experience and understanding of complex rail infrastructure.
As Lead Author you will be joining an established team with low attrition, and a culture where personal development is encouraged.
To be a successful applicant you should be able to work autonomously and be able to demonstrate experience actively writing, not just managing an authoring process.
Role Requirements
- Experience of successfully delivering quality element of bids, from PQQ through to ITT stage and lessons learnt.
- Ability to work collaboratively using subject matter experts for responses
- Ideally have knowledge of the Shipley bid process, or structured bid processes
- Comfortable communicating at all levels and in all forums, from one-to-ones to group workshops.
- Must be customer centric, understanding, anticipating and meeting customer needs
