Based in Twickenham, South West London, we offer our students an extensive range of academic and vocational full-time and part-time courses within an effective learning community. The Lead Counsellor will have responsibility for operational management of the College’s counselling service, ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the service and supporting the emotional well-being of all student groups. The post holder will plan, prepare and deliver a high quality and confidential counselling service across the college to support students to achieve and succeed. They will also be required to undertake Senior Mental Health Lead course to act as operational Senior Mental Health Lead, supporting the Senior Mental Health Lead in coordinating and delivering mental health and wellbeing interventions in line with the College’s mental health strategy to develop the whole school approach to mental health and wellbeing.
