This full-time Lead Counsellor role offers a competitive annual salary of GBP40,000 - GBP43,000. The role is hybrid, allowing for a balance of remote and on-site work. As the Lead Counsellor your responsibilities include:
- Providing clinical direction for the Telephone Counselling and Associate Counsellor teams
- Assisting in maintaining EAP Centre performance and meeting contractual quality standards
- Implementing clinical policies and procedures to meet EAPA Standards and clinical governance
- Participating in the recruitment and induction of new Telephone Counsellors and Telephone Information Specialists
- Managing the team's Clinical mailbox and addressing all enquiries
- Supervising and overseeing case management of Associate Counsellors and Specialist Practitioners
- Participating in case consultation and the management of complex client work
