The Role

• Lead and develop our creative services, focusing on digital advertising innovation and maintaining quality standards.
• Utilize ad platform analytics to measure creative performance and adapt strategies based on data insights.
• Oversee and optimize the creative process from concept to completion for efficiency.
• Implement best practices for creating and deploying assets across various digital channels, with expertise in Meta and TikTok.
• Manage Influencer and User-Generated Content (UGC) campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement creatively.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic pricing, expansion of creative services, and visionary leadership aligned with agency goals and client needs.

About You

• Demonstrated expertise in creative strategy within the realm of digital marketing.
• Thorough understanding of best practices for creating and deploying various digital channels.
• Proficiency in interpreting client briefs, understanding target audiences, and generating innovative creative ideas.
• Extensive experience in crafting and executing Influencer and User-Generated Content (UGC) campaigns.
• Strong grasp of digital advertising platforms and key performance metrics.
• Exceptional leadership skills, managing both in-house and outsourced teams while driving process enhancements.
