Key responsibilities:
- Own critical data science documentation such as implementation details and experiments
- Develop a long-term roadmap and contribute to the company's strategic planning
- Grow and manage the Data Science Team, mentoring and training junior Data Scientists
- Collaborate with the infrastructure and product teams on tools and best practices
Requirements:
- STEM degree and multiple years of experience, AdTech experience is a huge plus
- Experience as a Lead; hiring, creating career plans, code reviews, 1-to-1s
- Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, AWS, Kafka, Spark, Flink, S3
- Must: working on aB2B SaaS product and working with recommendation systems
- Bonus: Jira, Figma
