This niche Software House are looking to add a Lead Developer / Development Manager to take responsibility for the growth & leadership of a team of .Net Developers. You will be joining an established Software Engineering team, and you will be leading the planning and execution of development and delivery of each release of one or more products to a high standard. Ensure products are delivered on time, on budget and to quality. Promoting and assuring use of the agreed agile methodologies and tools. This role is currently a ‘hands on’ development role but will it move into a more management position.
Core Skills for this Lead Developer / Software Manager role:
- Proven track record of success in a Lead Developer or Development Manager role with strong skills in people management, mentoring, and coaching.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud Services.
- Extensive experience of C# & .Net Core.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Configuring and implementing with CI/CD pipelines
- Strong working knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
- Understanding of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS
As a Lead Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for quality standards for the software development team acting as a mentor to junior developers, while working closely to support the Solution Architect in setting best practices and technical direction. The ideal candidate will take on the continuous improvement responsibilities for the product, software development processes and tools.
