This is an opportunity for a Lead Developer to be a pioneering in-house hire on a growing development team.
Role Overview:
As the inaugural Full-Stack Lead Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in establishing a robust development team, working hand in hand with an agency partner to begin with. You will contribute to shaping the technology landscape, particularly on Venture/Commercetools platforms and various open-source applications. Your contributions will directly impact the commitment to delivering top-tier products and services, supporting customers' growth, and expanding the product range. Your expertise will set the benchmark for our tech initiatives and the foundation for future team expansion.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, GraphQL, PHP, and Node.js
- Experience with Venture/Commercetools platforms and open-source applications
- Familiarity with MongoDB and Python (preferred)
- Confidence in DevOps practices
