Hours: 40 hours per week plus call out on a rota basis

Days: Monday - Friday plus call out on a rota basis

Duration: Permanent

Duties:

Carry out routine maintenance, responsive repairs and installation of electrical services equipment in residential premises, including fault diagnosis and rectification, whilst providing high level customer services,
Carry out duties of an NICEIC QS and sign off certificates,
Audit electricians and contractor works,
Estimate, requisition and recommend the acquisition of necessary materials and spares,
Apply knowledge and skills to record and report on status and condition of electrical services equipment via periodic inspection sheets and minor works/ installation certificates,
Assist other trades when required,
Ensure adherence to heath and safety and electrical regulations.

Experience:

Must have previous experience in a similar role and comprehension of current electrical, safety and building regulations.

Must have C&G 2360 or 2368 or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, in addition to C&G 2381 Level 3 (BS7671) and C&G 2391.

Must have a full drivers licence and due to insurance purposes have been driving for a minimum of 2 years.
This role will be subject to a basic disclosure.

Salary: £41,474 per annum, plus call out premium, tool allowance, generous pension scheme, life cover, van and fuel card, plus flexible benefits pot.
