Your Impact, Your Vision:

In your role, you'll have the autonomy to shape your company's Lead Generation strategy from scratch.

You’ll have freedom to implement your innovative ideas and strategies, coupled with the thrill of building the strategies your way..
You'll be at the driving seat, ensuring that every strategy not only aligns with our company goals but also showcases your unique flair. But you’ll also be supported by a wider marketing function.

Your development will also accelerate as your company pays for any additional training course you need to master your lead gen expertise.

What you’ll be doing:

Your role is focused on the Marketing side of Lead Generation, with no sales or cold calling.
With 60% of your focus on online lead gen strategies and 40% on offline activities, your weeks will be a blend of creativity and strategy.
Initially your main goal is to develop a Lead Generation strategy for the business.

From there you will have an immediate impact by taking ownership of our email marketing campaigns and working with your leader to develop direct marketing campaigns
Then you’ll have the freedom to develop other channels including SEO, PPC, Video, AI or content marketing, depending on your passion and skill set.

As you develop you will have opportunities to learn broad marketing experience, chase leadership with a path to Marketing Director to continue as a lead gen specialist exploring new and innovative projects.

What Skills You Need to Apply:

You just need a minimum of 2 years email marketing experience and a boundless growth mindset, ever eager to explore and conquer new strategies across PPC, SEO, content creation, AI, video, and beyond.
You also need to have good written communication skills and have a proven track record of tracking ROI.

Initially you will be in the office 2 days per week, until 3 months when you will be able to work fully remotely. The office is in Central London so you need to be able to commute comfortably to that location in the early days.
