Job Title: Lead Generator

Location: Chester

White Oak is now looking for driven and ambitious graduates to join their team as Lead Generators, creating new business opportunities for the company.

Role:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of White Oak, their offering and the market they operate within, in order to have valuable conversations with prospects
  • Research prospective clients to generate a continuous pipeline of new business leads to target
  • Perform regular outreach to develop new business relationships with potential clients, generating an interest in the company offering
  • Develop an understanding of client requirements and offer White Oak products via superior customer service as a solution
  • Create appointments between new business prospects and senior members of the Deal Closing function
  • Collect and ensure all new and existing client data is input in the CRM system
  • Ensure all compliance regulations and legislation is adhered to where relevant

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
  • IT literate
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Ability to work proactively and independently
  • Ideally, you'll have a proven track record with some selling experience (no matter how small!)
