Position Overview:
We are seeking proactive and results-driven Lead Generators to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads within our target market. As a key player in our sales and marketing efforts, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with a combination of hot-key leads and warm leads generated by our in-house marketing team
- Engage with clients to understand their financial challenges and educate them about our IVA services.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up activities using our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Experience in lead generation or sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients effectively.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for exceeding goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
In return for your experience, we are looking to pay £22,000 - £25,000 depending on experience, plus Bonus (c.£600-£1000 per month). Given the nature of the role, successful applicants should expect to work Monday-Thursday 9am - 7pm, Friday 10am - 2pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am-3pm. We prioritise ongoing training to ensure you excel in your role, fostering a relaxed and friendly working culture.
