SalaryOur client has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Generator & Customer Service Advisor to join their Sales Team. You will be responsible for ensuring first-class Customer Service and generating leads for the existing sales team.
This is an ideal role for someone looking to take their first steps in a sales environment, The company offers progression into Sales or Transport for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport checks
- Informing customers of deliveries
- Inputting customer purchase orders
- Generating new tenders
- Introduction Letters (sending out introduction flyers and merchandise)
- Reporting (collating management information)
- Black Books (finding new companies)
- Arranging supplier and customer meetings for sales representatives (where you will also attend to build a relationship)
The successful person will have:
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- To be well organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Previous outbound call experience in either a Call Centre or similar sales/ Customer Service experience would be helpful but not essential.
- Full Training will be provided - Graduates & sports enthusiasts welcome.
