Position: Lead Hospitality Manager
Package: Up to 40k pa (DOE), 25 day annual leave (+ Bank Holidays), Pension, Private Health Insurance, Free on-site Parking, Meals included
Hours: 42.2 hrs pw (5/7 days pw)

To allow them to achieve this they are wanting to recruit a Lead Hospitality Manager expereinced in high end hospitality/fine dining to drive the Hospitality Operations Team and to take them to new heights.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Hospitality & Event Operations, the ‘Lead Hospitality Manager’ will:
- Oversee the planning and service delivery of a x365 event calendar (inc. large-scale match day operations, intimate dinner and conferences).
- Leading, coaching and developing a large team of direct reports, setting leadership expectations and behaviours which can be cascaded down to the temporary workers on event day.
- Conducting benchmarking and research activities to propose innovative ideas to enhance our products and services.
- Support with the management of multi-faceted third-party relationships and partnerships.
- Implement robust procedures and controls to increase commercial performance and drive efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Head of Commercial Accounts to maintain strong control over department’s expenditure, ensuring all costs are accurately forecasted and recorded within the business’ weekly returns sheet.
- Liaise with the Head of Safety & Compliance to regularly assess that team members are educated in, and fully understand, the safe working practices in line with all health, safety and food safety legislation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- IT literate, familiar with the Microsoft Office suite (Word,Excel & PowerPoint).
- Comfortable operating cloud based software for event management & staff scheduling (i.e. Priava, HumanForce...)
