"The purpose of the Lead Integrator is to coordinate dependencies between the platform and stakeholders external to the platform such as other platforms, Group Executive Functions and 3rd parties, this may include coordinating complex and high-risk implementations. The Lead Integrator sits at Platform-level and covers both business and technology change.
Job Description
JOB TITLE: Lead Integrator- Payment Services Platform
LOCATION: London or Edinburgh
HOURS: Full Time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

About this Opportunity
We’re looking to recruit an Integrator to work in our Enterprise and Accounting Lab. Our Lab sits in our Payment Services Platform (PSP), where our mission is to provide compliant and efficient payments capabilities for the Group and drive innovation to enable customers to move money confidently, quickly and securely.
The Enterprise and Accounting Lab provides holistic payment capabilities underpinning both domestic and international payments for LBG. The team is focussed on modernising and simplifying the technology landscape to reduce costs, improve the pace of change and improve straight through processing so customers receive great service, first time.
In joining us you’ll focus on the following:

What You’ll need
  • Experience within a technology change environment, working with regulatory, business and software engineering teams
  • Ability to co-ordinate highly complex change across multiple teams and own the dependencies for complex, cross-organisation, changes to deliver great customer outcomes
  • Passionate and inspiring leadership skills
  • Ability to work with teams using an agile delivery method (e.g. scrum / kanban)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to support your own, and the teams, work
  • Strong governance mentality to ensure that complex change is delivered safely
  • Ability to think ‘big’ but value incremental improvements and trust teams to deliver on their commitments

And the following would be really useful
  • Experience within the UK/International payments domain
