£45,000 - £50,000 + Car + Healthcare + Life Assurance + Bonus (10%) + Holidays (28 plus banks)

The company are an engineering, procurement & construction specialist within the Renewables market, with a presence across the world. With major Solar farm developments across the Midlands, my client is looking for Lead O&M Engineer to join the team.
In this role, you will be leading a team of technicians across varies solar farm developments. You will support with the maintenance schedules, be the 'go to' technical hands on engineer, commissioning of new farms and much more.
The ideal candidate will be from a strong electrical solar background, with previous supervisory experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solar Engineer looking to move off the tools, in a role offering technical development and career progression.
The Role:
*Lead Solar O&M Engineer
*Lead maintenance activities
*Assist with commissioning activities
*Field Based - Monday - Friday
The Person:
*Strong Operations & Maintenance electrical solar background
*Previous supervisory experience
*Electrically qualified / time served
*Full UK Driving License
