We are recruiting for Lead Palliative Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to join our Cancer Centre at The Harley Street Clinic.
The Lead Palliative Care CNS will lead the strategy of Palliative Care delivery across Harley Street Clinic, LOC and HCA at UCH, alongside the MDT. They will lead the nursing team and ensure all team members are skilled and educated in Palliative Care. The role involves working clinically and taking a patient caseload.
Duties and Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Manage an expert specialist palliative management nursing service
- Provide expert nursing advice and support to patients, their families and healthcare professionals
- Coordinate a seamless service through the development of enhanced MDT processes and communication
- Ensure operational policies are reviewed annually in accordance with national standards

What you’ll bring:
- Adult NMC Registration
- Higher degree (MSc) or equivalent in pain management
- Relevant post-registration qualification in specialist field
- Demonstrable management experience
- Significant exposure and experience to pain management
