This esteemed organisation delivers tailored care for Adults diagnosed with diverse conditions, including acquired and traumatic brain injuries, stroke, progressive neurological disorders, and cognitive disabilities.
Together, we are looking for a Lead Physiotherapist to lead their esteemed Physiotherapy Team, comprising a Junior Physiotherapist and 3 dedicated Physiotherapy Assistants. This pivotal role involves conducting initial assessments for new residents, managing a diverse caseload, and crafting rehabilitation and intervention plans for Adults with neurological conditions. Additionally, you'll offer expert guidance on falls prevention, pain management, and splinting, collaborating closely with their extensive multidisciplinary therapy team to ensure seamless, integrated care delivery. Your commitment extends to continuously evaluating and enhancing physiotherapy practices, elevating patient care and satisfaction to new heights.
Criteria:
Degree in Physiotherapy
UK HCPC Registration in Physiotherapy
5 years' experience in working with neurological patients with brain injury or stroke
Rotations in neurology, orthopaedics, and respiratory
Driver's license & access to own vehicle (desirable)
