About the role
The Lead Power Automate Consultant is responsible for leading the delivery of bespoke Power Automate solutions for clients in collaboration with the wider consulting practice in Zellis. The role is focused on enabling customers to leverage Zellis' Intelligence Platform (data & triggers) to automate processes and repetitive tasks. The candidate will work with both internal and external senior stakeholders and have proven experience of operating in a demanding fast-paced environment, ideally in a consulting capacity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging clients to capture and document business requirements, including leading customer workshops.
- Designing Power Platform solutions to be scalable, secure, and reliable.
- Developing and implementing solutions that deliver against the clients requirements, on time and on budget.
- Analysing business processes to identify pain points, and recommending solutions that improve both user experience and efficiency.
- Actively supporting sales cycles and major customer engagements by bringing specific knowledge and experience to the opportunity.
- Writing clear and detailed documentation for solution requirements, solution designs and technical specifications.
- Setting the internal standards for Power Automate development and advising internal teams and clients on best practices.
- Staying current on all components of Power Platform and related technologies.
- Mentoring and coaching other consultants on Power Automate to support their personal development.
Skills & experience
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Automate development and implementation.
- Deep technical expertise in REST APIs and designing apps and flows.
- Comfortable participating and contributing to pre-sales engagements.
- Proven consultancy experience working with clients to deliver Microsoft based solutions.
- Proven experience working in both Agile / Waterfall project delivery.
- Power Platform Certifications: PL-600, PL-500, PL-400.
