Leading and embedding improvements for Project Lifecycle Management (LCM) and Project Management (PM) Delivery capabilityGrowing the LCM and PM Delivery Capability within PM&CProviding support and guidance to the programmes in the successful operation of LCM and PM Delivery processEducating, training, and developing colleagues in LCM and PM delivery, including leading Communities of Practice and other engagement initiativesAssuring compliance of LCM and PM Delivery, including governance, and reporting for status and effectivenessManagement of PM governance toolset enhancements and upgradesYour skills and experiences:Essential:Project Management and Controls qualification, or equivalent experienceExperience managing projects at various stages of the lifecycleExperience of growing capability (People, Process & Tools)Desirable:Reporting experience using systems/toolsetsBenefits:You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan. This role is varied in scope and you will work with a wide range of stakeholders, at all levels, across the business and externally.
