Job Description
LOCATION(S): London, Bristol or Edinburgh
SALARY:
Bristol/Edinburgh: £85,255-102,310 per annum
London: £98,685-118,420 per annum
HOURS: Full-time - 35 hours per week
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office in London, Bristol or Edinburgh (please note that no other locations/hubs will be considered at this stage).
ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead Solution Architect with extensive experience in Digital Transformation of Banking Solutions!
You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing Pega-based solutions for our banking clients and help shape and delivery our strategy around PEGA based solutions.
This is primarily a leadership role, but you’ll also have extensive experience with Pega and building Pega CLM solutions so you can credibly guide the teams, shape the strategy and identify issues and solutions.
Key Responsibilities will include:

• Leading the development of Pega-based solutions, from design to deployment, for our banking clients.
  
• Working closely with business colleagues to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  
• Providing technical leadership and strategic guidance in the development and implementation of Pega-based solutions.
  
• Collaborating with development teams to ensure that solutions meet technical and functional requirements.
  
• Ensuring that solutions are secure and align with industry standards, such as Network and API security, and OAuth2.0.
  
• Providing guidance on cloud storage, database, and connectivity best practices.
  
• Managing Pega licenses and vendor relationships.
  
• Demonstrating your excellent communication and presentation skills and working with various teams across the bank to resolve the blockers and ensure delivery
  
• Building and training team members in various strategic locations to meet the demanding needs to build Pega solutions.
  
• Managing Pega applications to adhere to the banks standards, own and resolve technical risks.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
We are looking forward to receiving applications from candidates with diverse backgrounds, but to be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate:
Pega experience and digital transformation

• Extensive experience in Pega-based solution design and development and building Pega CLM solutions;
  
• Track-record of shaping and driving Digital Transformation particularly if it’s within Banking Solutions;
  

Cloud

• Experience working with Azure and AWS cloud technologies and cloud connectivity;
  
• Understanding of cloud storage, database, and OAuth2.0;
  
• Experience implementing SSO using on-prem and Azure Active Directory;
  

Network and security

• Strong experience with Network and API security, connectors, service, and data pages;
  
• Experience with One Way TLS/SSL and Mutual Auth;
  

Collaboration and communication

• Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills;
