Lead Solutions Architect

Lead Solution ArchitectAs the Lead Solution Architect at Sodexo UK&I, you'll be the technical SME helping the wider Architecture function to drive positive change across the Sodexo IT estate. You'll  help us deliver a wide range of projects, as well as define the best practices and strategy for this growing function as it matures along with the wider IS&T department. Your projects will offer fantastic exposure to all areas of the Sodexo organisation, from Government & Public Sector and Education, to Health & Care, Corporate Services and our Sodexo Live! Events business, with a range of large-scale transformations as well as smaller bespoke projects.What you’ll do:Provide technical and domain expertise to the growing architecture team, acting as a point of escalation and mentoring team membersDevelop end-to-end solution architectures which meet business goals and technical requirements on projects which drive revenue generation, reduce IT spend or mitigate riskCollaborate with project & portfolio managers throughout the full lifecycles of projects, providing technical oversight to ensure timely and cost-effective deliverySupport the continued growth and development of the architecture function by defining and implementing architecture methodologies, frameworks and best practices What you bring:Leadership or mentoring experience in an architecture function, where you have shared your knowledge to mature the practices and methodologies usedAn understanding of the ways of working in complex matrix organisationsDeep knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack, ideally with experience with Microsoft Azure cloudFantastic stakeholder management and communication skills to connect with various technical and non-technical colleagues, partners and customersA passion for continuous improvement and using new, emerging technology to improve our business and servicesWhat we offer: Salary + Car Allowance + Bonus + Excellent BenefitsWorking with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
