As a Lead Strategy Consultant within this super talented agency team you’ll be:  

• Working in partnership with clients to create transformational brand and marketing strategy.
• Partnering with a range of brands from ambitious start-ups to global household brands, helping to define brand new brand concepts as well as repositioning those needing a full refresh.
• Helping your clients to recognise and understand their challenges, guiding and supporting them through a process that sees real transformation of their business.
• Working on the detail – identifying competitors, analysing challenges, interviewing and understanding senior stakeholders and engaging with experts to allow you to create strategy that transforms business.
• Line managing a small team of Strategists.

This agency is looking for a candidate who:

• Is highly experienced in brand strategy or marketing consultancy, with a track record of advising on and achieving business growth.
• Has exceptional client management skills, and the ability to negotiate and reassure through a change management process.
• Has the abilty to lead workshops and interviews, getting into the detail and transforming findings into a compelling narrative.
