Job Title: Leadership and Management Trainer (Learning and Development)
Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: circa £35,000

Essential Criteria:
- Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
- Must hold a recognised Level 5 Management qualification or equivalent.
- Must hold solid Leadership and Management experience.
- Must be confident to deliver face-to-face Learning and workshop training.
- You must possess energy and enthusiasm to deliver the best learning outcomes and performance impact.
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
Duties:
- Responsible for the delivery of Leadership and Management training programmes, to existing managers, via a blended learning approach (face to face and remote group workshops). 
- Be a driving force, provide inspiration and work together with colleagues, to support the successful delivery of our clients programmes in line with contractual objectives and targets.
- Prepare and deliver creative and engaging learning experiences, ensuring learning is relevant and remains quality driven.
- Coach, develop and support learners, ensuring a positive journey and timely achievement.
- Undertake any necessary administration and track learner progression.
- Overcome barriers to Learning and adapt delivery to meet individual needs.
