My client based in Weymouth is Recruiting for a Learning and Development Co-ordinator
They are looking for the right candidate on a full time basis, working on a Hybrid Basis from their office in Weymouth.
This is a Temporary role for 12 weeks and you must be able to commute to Weymouth 3 days a week!!
What is the day to day of the role?
- Provide advice and support around HR & Learning and Development
- To liaise with external training providers to ensure all training needs are compliant with the organisation
- To monitor and evaluate training to employees
- Ensure all documents are kept up to date and within the organisations guidelines
- Be able to monitor and maintain employees Learning And Development records, including the database
- Liaise with Management with the delivery of Learning and Development throughout the organisation
Required skills and qualifications:
- Experience with design and delivering Learning and Development programmes
- Have CIPD Level 3 - Preferred
