Responsibilities:
- Utilise your expertise as a super user of our Learning Management System. From user registration to performance tracking, you'll manage it all!
- Provide top-notch support to LMS users, guiding them through inquiries and assisting care home teams in navigating the system.
- Take charge of event bookings and attendance for leadership programs and core skills training.
- Collaborate with the L&D Project Coordinator to administer Leadership Programs, including resource creation and sharing.
- Ensure the intranet remains updated with accurate LMS-related information and share communications with the business.
- Undertake additional ad hoc administrative tasks for the L&D function as needed.
