This well-established organisation seeks a Learning and Experience / Learning and Development Coordinator to join their HR department. Reporting to a Learning and Experience Manager this exciting role will see you providing wide-ranging support and administration services.
- Supporting the coordination and administration of the Learning and experience initiatives
- Act as the first line of contact on all L&E enquiries from the staff
- Supporting the manager with projects and workforce plan
- Forging strong relationships and a network with the managers across the organisation
- Organise training, working with external training providers
- Arranging mental and physical wellbeing activities, such as: yoga, walking groups, health eating, etc.
