About The Role
Design and deliver learning pathways to the Technology division.
- Partnering with the Technology managers and capability leads to design and deliver learning pathways for each role or job family
- Build a deep understanding of training and learning requirements across all roles in Technology to build learning pathways
- Champion and support the development of the overall ‘Tech Academy’ initiative
- Review learning readily available versus learning to be provided externally
- Build learning pathways into our e-learning system where appropriate and explore the use of Learning Experience Systems
- Find and propose suitable partner organisations for external learning where needed
- Working with the HR Business Partner, implement the learning pathways for each role/job family across the Technology function
- Evaluate the success of the learning pathways and Technology-focused employee e-learning training content
- Working with L&D colleagues across other divisional teams, market and promote L&D opportunities for MO Technology employees that links to the learning pathways created
- Evaluate the quality, consistency, impact, and application of learning pathways/initiatives. Ensure external providers deliver within their SLA’s.
- Working with the HR Service Centre, manage the process of delegate administration including bookings and feedback.
About You
- You are passionate about delivering creative and successful Learning and Development solutions.
- You are familiar with roles within Tech teams
- You can translate requirements into tools available to support skills mapping and progression
- You can work independently to deliver solutions
- You are confident and enthusiastic about meeting with stakeholders to understand their needs
- You have outstanding interpersonal skills, enjoy working collaboratively and can build relationships across all levels of an organisation.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, applying sound judgement and acting on your own initiative, adapting to change and new challenges as required.
- You are a highly organised individual and possess the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- You are comfortable with using technology and using e-learning systems – in an ideal world you would have experience with Learning Experience Platforms (e.g. Learning Pool) to build user experience
- You are passionate about equity, diversity and inclusion and a champion of MO’s approach to inclusivity.
- Demonstrable experience of gathering requirements with several stakeholders and translating this into action/deliverables
- Knowledge of typical roles in Technology
- A solid understanding of different types of Learning and possible learning providers
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and Learning Experience Systems to build learning pathways
- Ability to exercise tact and discretion
- A demonstratable enthusiasm and passion for equality, diversity, and inclusion

We operate hybrid working across the organisation where we split our time between working on-site at our offices, and at home, remotely within the UK.
