A consulting firm specialising in employee investigations, culture, and HR consulting solutions is looking to expand its team in London. They are currently seeking to hire an experienced Learning and Development Trainer with solid experience in DEI-focused training programs.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering comprehensive training programs focused on DEI principles. You will work closely with external clients to assess training needs, develop curriculum and collaborate with internal HR/key stakeholders to understand organisational priorities and align training initiatives with strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate must have proven experience (5+ years) in instructional design, facilitation and training delivery with a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion topics. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and foster open dialogue on sensitive topics is essential.
