Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging learning activities tailored to the individual needs of students with SEMH requirements.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with students with SEMH needs is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the educational and emotional development of young people.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students and the school environment.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in education, mentoring, or a related field are advantageous.
