Learning and Programmes Coordinator

Applications are invited for the post of Learning and Programmes Coordinator.
The overarching responsibility is to coordinate and support the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) for Newly Qualified Social Workers (NQSW) and students’ placements across Adults’ and Children’s Services, and to identify relevant training and development opportunities.
The post holder will also engage with and support the development of the Cheshire and Merseyside Social Work Teaching Partnership.
There will be opportunities to plan, design, develop and deliver a broad range of L&D initiatives to meet specified learning outcomes, linked to Adult and Children’s services workforce Learning and development strategies.
The development of positive and productive working relationships both internally and externally will be key, including working with colleagues to co-produce and develop initiatives that are linked to the strategic priorities of the service.
The post holder will work within a competent, experienced, and enthusiastic team, based at the Corporate Learning Centre in Ainsdale. The team are committed to an ethos of continuous improvement and delivering effective and efficient outcomes.
The post holder will report to the Senior Learning and Organisational Development Business Partner.
