Learning Consultant

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Learning Consultant with proven learning design and or Instructional Design experienceto work for one of my prestigious Financial Services clients based in London.
This is a contract operating inside of IR35 and will ongoing until December 2024. This role is fully remote with the occasional travel into the office.
My client is offering an attractive salary of £300.00 per day for the ideal candidate.
Duties as a Learning Consultant will include:

• Working under general direction within a clear framework of accountability
• Exercise personal responsibility and autonomy
• Use discretion in identifying and responding to complex issues and assignments as they relate to the deliverable/scope of works
• Escalate issues that fall outside of framework and accountability
• Plan, schedule and monitor work to meet set objectives

• Stakeholder Influence – Essential

• Ability to influence the success of the project and team objectives
• Engage and contribute to cross-functional teams
• Ability to deal with complex issues
• Communicate fluently and present complex information to audiences
